Title: Beginner's Guide to Raspberry Pi for Amateur Radio
Calendar: Club Meeting Events
Date: 16/08/18 19:30 - 21:30

Club HQ in Eltham

Pete Sipple will provide a basic introduction to the Raspberry Pi and show how, when used with a cheap USB dongle, the Pi can be turned into a useful radio receiver. The Pi can be used as a software defined radio covering 24MHz to 1.6GHz, as an APRS iGate or to track nearby aircraft, and Pete will give a live demonstration of the Pi in action.
